Would you be spending less if you had more naturally-occurring foods (veggies, fruits) versus processed stuff (potato chips, frozen dinners)? Would you be saving $$ and years on your life?

Also gives new meaning to what your mom used to tell you at dinner when you didn’t finish your peas (“there are starving…”)
