		<description>I totally agree. Yes, we have education on searching, finding and organizing but those w/ an interest in something... the long tailed amateurs... are essentially subject specialists.

If we&#039;re on both sides of the table, instead of across it, we can go forth together in search of answers. The dialog is much more interesting when we&#039;re on equal footing- we talk less &amp; listen more. (and there&#039;s actually a conversation) </description>
