how the lack of exposition makes for a good laugh
If you saw my scale drawing of my new apartment you might have noticed that there’s a rectangle labeled “bar” next to the rectangle labeled “bed.”
I wanted to leave it be and not explain that I had to take a piece of furniture currently being used as a bar and repurpose it as a bureau in my new apartment, but I thought that explaining that would take some of the fun out of it…
