They seemed to not know a lot about it (as it's not their flagship product) and didn't have a view of what the librarian's interface would look like (i find that odd, aren't you trying to sell it to both parties, customers and librarians?) It looks like RefNow is still based on the interface their tutoring product is built on (whiteboard and page upload versus standard page push). They do have a DL and web based interface for customers. I'm curious to know more about this as it sounds like it could function like cobrowse. the visit at Altarama was short but i had made a note to look more into their SMSreference and Refchatter... @caleb
