I agree with everything you say here, and not just because my ego is rapidly inflating with the reference to my presentation in the last paragraph. :) I think librarians SHOULD be real, and not virtual. 

Actually, how many librarians are real in REAL life? I know of a few of them that seem so professional and taciturn that you could probably confuse them with automatons!! Maybe that&#039;s a presentation for the NEXT CiL! &quot;How not to be a robot in Real Life&quot;. :D</description>
