to clarify though, MPOW gets the paper version of this pub but does not make online access available if we even have it. but the point isn&#039;t authentication as that still a barrier. how is innovation supposed to move forward if people don&#039;t have free online access to the world&#039;s knowledge? Imagine we&#039;re we&#039;d be today if we had that kind of power.</description>

		<description>I completely agree with the points you raise in this post. Of course, journal subscriptions are one thing, but after verifying a user is a subscriber, the publication in its entirty should be available online. 
The fact that your POW has a technology (paper -&gt; pdf) that is simply not enabled is plain stupid. Speaking of which, I somehow received their order of purple mimeograph fluid, I&#039;ll be sending it your way in the morning. 
And one final thing, It is nothing short of appalling when publishers... &lt;i&gt;full text of this comment is available with a paid subscription to this website or gregoryswenson.com &lt;/i&gt;</description>
