Seems to be something in the area recently. I posted 2 bad customer service experiences on my blog, now yours. It almost sounds to me as if that Weiss is ready to go out of business. If not they soon will with service like that! Your expectations where not unrealistic and to have to go through all of that 30 mins before closing just to get a piece of cake is unreal. I honestly can't believe in this economy that business can afford to have any bad customer experience stories spread about them. Wake up Weiss, Clarion and VPI there is competition out there and if they give better service you know we will be using them and not you.
