I meant to include something similar in my ALA Midwinter Recap (but completely forgot). So, standing in the convention hall, surrounded by people who are passionate for what they do, yet unable to relate that passion (or ignite a similar passion) in others. How can we be so enthused about what we do, what we represent, and our ideals and yet not have it be infectious to others? There&#039;s something lost in translation, for certain, and we need to be better communicators.</description>
