the perfect help form

While playing around with twitter, i ran into the best help page ever.

Talk about being in tune with your customers- it not only asks for what happened, and what you were doing when it happened, but it asks what you EXPECTED to happen!

What better way to know what your customers expect (and how to make your product / service / organization better) than to ASK THEM!
